Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund during this period, you must have accessed less than 20% of the course content, including videos, downloadable materials, and supplementary resources.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot provide a satisfactory solution within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard window.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed or downloaded

Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request

Promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Gift certificates and promotional credits

Subscription renewals after the first 14 days of the renewal period

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 30 days and less than 20% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

Course Cancellations by Baltrivonexa

If Baltrivonexa cancels a scheduled live masterclass or removes access to course content you have purchased, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your purchase to an alternative course of equal or greater value.

Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can address your concerns directly and avoid unnecessary complications.
